Happy Birthday Shay!!!

Yes, I’m still wearing the Fedora. I took it off to sleep, and for Church this morning, because we had to go anyway even though we were just there on Friday. *Shrugs.* Liturgical Calendars are confusing… ya need a Ouiga Board to figure em out. Which is funny because I don’t think the Vatican approves of Ouiga Boards. They’re probably considered dabbling in the satanic arts. I sometimes wonder where I’ll wind up when I croak. Cause if there’s no heaven, or hell I’m wasting my time, but if there is, I should probably join a hyper religious sect or something, cause Catholicism is actually pretty lenient, compared to those cut off your hand pluck out your eye fundamentalists. I guess this way I got all my bases covered.

I’m a little chilly here in the car, but the only way to fix that would be to put my shoes back on which would require that I have someplace to put my feet, other than the seat, which I don’t because we’ve used every available amount of space back here to pack the stuff which we are brining to New Jersey to give to my relatives… well I should say that my parents and I are brining to give them as I’m pretty sure my brother only got presents for the babies of the family, and actually those my mother and I picked up at the store without him so it’s not like he put any real effort into it anyhow.

My brother finally gave me my birthday present this morning. I say finally because my birthday, if you recall, which you might not, so that’s why I’m reminding/telling you, was back in mid November. Very mid November… like right in the middle. I was born on the 14th… of November. He didn’t have the money to pay my mother for it after she picked it up for him to give me, but he did have the money to exchange $100 worth of presents with E. You remember E, from the last entry E. Anyhow, as it turns out he got me the full screen version of HP3 so that’s gonna have to be exchanged, cause I’m a terribly finicky girl when it comes to my movies… I like them wide screen. I actually saw a boxed set earlier in the store so I think I may return it, and take the cash and ad some of my own, and get all 3 movies in new, wide screen version, all at once. Cause my HP1 is second hand, and my HP2 is full screen. I’ll probably bequeath those to my cousins when they’re old enough to have them… they won’t know the difference between wide screen and full at that age anyhow.

But yes, I suppose I hadn’t also mentioned that I’m writing this in the car on the way to New Jersey. It’s my cousin Shayla’s 3rd Birthday today.

The roads are kinda strange… actually at the moment we are squeaking through a toll plaza. I love the EZpass. Anyhow… yesh… now that we are through there… the roads look dry, but they also have snow on them. The thing is the snow isn’t stuck to the road, it’s just wafting back and forth getting blown around by cars, and just can’t lay down on the road. Actually it seems the further south we go the more there was of it… last time I looked up, like 10 minutes before the toll plaza there were little bits wafting round, but now, 10 minutes after the toll plaza, because I got distracted from my typing by my WMP playing Me First and the Gimme Gimme’s, it’s now all over, like swirling around in little eddies 4 or 5 feet off the ground… which is odd cause it’s not actually snowing, it’s just hovering off the road, lifted up there by the air currents over cars. Someone could really test the aerodynamics of a car in this weather.

Have I mentioned how much this Fedora Kicks Ass? I’m sorry I totally can’t get over how much it rocks. I love hats. At this rate my mother’s gonna make a habit of giving me a really cool hat each year. Last year it was a Newsboy cap, this year a Fedora. Next year I think I want a cap like my father’s got. Perhaps in navy blue. The last two hats were black… I wear a lot of blue… I should have a blue hat too… but right now I just think it’s cool that I have a fedora. Yesh.

Well I’mana watch some of my Babylon 5 DVDs now… so… I’ll Blog again tomora. Toodles!!!
